How do I create an account?
Click on the “Sign Up” button in the top-right corner of the website. Fill in your name, email, and password, then confirm your email address. Once confirmed, you can start posting and joining discussions.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If the email isn’t there, request a new one by clicking Resend confirmation email on the login page. Still no luck? Contact us at info@modeltrainmedia.com
How can I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
Using the Platform
How do I post in the forum or on my feed?
Once you’re logged in, go to the community feed or a forum category and click Create Post. Add your text, images, or videos, and hit Publish.
What are points and how do I earn them?
Points are a way to reward active members of our community. You earn them by posting content, commenting, joining discussions, and helping others. The more you contribute, the more points you collect.
How can I join discussions or create my own?
Browse the forum categories and select a topic that interests you. Click Reply to join the conversation, or start your own discussion by clicking New Topic.
Giveaways & Rewards
How do the giveaways work?
We aspire to run giveaways to thank our community. All active accounts are entered into a random draw. Winners are selected fairly using an online wheel system.
Why do I need a minimum of 30 points to qualify?
This helps ensure that only real, active members can win. It keeps the giveaways fair and rewards those who contribute to the community.
What if I live outside Europe — can I still win?
Yes! However, due to strict import rules and shipping costs, winners outside Europe will receive a €30 cash prize or voucher instead of a physical item.
Technical Issues
The website doesn’t load properly, what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser’s cache. If the issue continues, make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser. Contact us if the problem persists. If it is a problem of the website then we are probably working hard to restore everything so try again later to see if we have solved the problem!
I can’t upload images to my posts.
Check that your file is in JPG, PNG, or GIF format and is under the maximum file size. If it still won’t upload, try a different browser or device.
Who do I contact if I find a bug?
Please report any bugs to the social group called: Bug report and feedback. Or info@modeltrainmedia.com with as much detail as possible (what happened, what device you’re using, and screenshots if available).
