DESCRIPTION:Event Description: The Hull Model Railway Show 2026 will take place over the weekend of 30–31 May in the heart of Hull city centre. Organized by the Hull Miniature Railway Society\, the show is held in the Princes Quay shopping centre’s event space – offering great accessibility (parking on-site\, and just a short walk from Hull Paragon station). Around 15 working layouts are expected\, showcasing local modelling talent as well as visiting displays. A variety of traders will be in attendance alongside demonstrations and exhibits from clubs and societies\, ensuring plenty of interest for all ages. Entry is pay-on-the-door and once inside visitors can stay as long as they like. This family-friendly exhibition is a fantastic opportunity for both newcomers and enthusiasts in East Yorkshire to enjoy model railways in a convenient venue (with the bonus of shopping and food outlets nearby).

SUMMARY:Scalefour Crewe 2026
DESCRIPTION:Scalefour Crewe 2026 is a specialist model railway exhibition dedicated to 4mm fine-scale modelling (P4 standards). Now in its 4th year\, it succeeds the much-loved “Scalefour North” show as the Society’s northern exhibition. Held on 6–7 June in the Crewe Alexandra FC stadium’s conference hall\, the event provides an informal gathering for like-minded fine-scale enthusiasts to meet\, share ideas\, and be inspired. Expect several outstanding P4 layout displays that truly capture realistic detail\, alongside many of the UK’s top specialist traders in fine-scale components (track\, kits\, parts). A key feature of Scalefour Crewe is the strong emphasis on demonstrations and learning – skilled modellers will be on hand showing techniques (track building\, kit building\, weathering\, etc.) and there are no barriers in front of layouts\, encouraging conversations with exhibitors.
