Architecture Design Software
What software are the cool kids using for building designs these days? I typically design mostly functional stuff in FreeCAD. I have some parametric window frames. I tried out the Arch workbench, but it seems to be more useful for designing the systems inside of a building than the more aesthetic stuff that we really care about.
Blender has that brick-wall learning curve, but seeing videos of people designing digital assets makes the think it’s probably the way to go.
I want to make some stuff more like the attached picture; I figure that with the options available to us for printing, we should try making things that aren’t necessarily square brick boxes.
