									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I hand-painted the skyboard, it represents NE Pennsylvania. I used Apple Barrel acrylic craft paints. This module has a fair amount of scenery details&#8230;70&#8217;s era graffiti, abandon vehicles, cows, a bathtub, pallets, trash, scrap and junk, fallen trees, old tires and other stuff. BUT it is hard to see in N-Scale unless you look very close!</p>
