									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Personally i used an earth coloured latex paint from the hardware store. They sell inexpensive sample sizes { pint or similiar } . That will seal everything. As you progress depending on what you model you can paint over for effect. Maybe a light green yellow mixture before laying simulated grass turf.
