I think wireless comms with esp32 is a development we are very likely to see in the future. No one likes yards and yards of cabling under a layout! It would be great if you could have a little wifi controller connected to a servo board or lights etc.

If it’s only a wee one, you only need a mash house, tun room and still house – which can all be under one roof like the Edradour distillery for example. Is that the L shaped building with the kiln in the corner building? That would be a great setup. You could have…

This is my most recent N Gauge layout module. It’s based on the section of the West Highland Line in Scotland called Courrour Summit, on Rannoch Moor. The module is compatible with Kato mini diorama modules but is pretty large for a mini dio. I made it so I could photograph my 3D printed alumina hopper wagons. I’m pleased with it, and it…

Hi All!! Great to see this community up and running and I’m really looking forward to seeing it grow! I’m mostly into 3D printing locos and stock, and running them on modular layouts like T-TRAK and mini diorama modules, mostly N gauge stuff but looking at TT120 soon too. Here are a couple of shots from my recent projects.
