The MSRB would like to impart that all safety advice in regards to knuckle couplers should be heeded. It should be noted by operators that poor trackwork and unlevel couplers can expose problems in any weak setup, often with messy consequences.

Here we look at the scene of the Georgetown crash of 2014 during the middle of the inquiry process. This caused major trauma for our lead investigator, as tidying up the wagons had made him miss the tea break entirely.
