									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During the Train Show last month in April, I suffered two physical injuries that are hard to come back from, so the WKR N-scale layout has spent the month in the ambulance.  Now I&#8217;m just getting the layout unloaded and back in the building.  Hopefully, soon I can get it set-up and running again.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Back in November 2025, the Scenery Crew of the Western Kansas Rails (WKR) layout completed scratch-building from brass a safety rail system for the Pride Ag Co-Op grain elevator.  A wire is connected from the rail system to the back of the workers safety harness which allows the employee to walk the tops of the cars opening or closing hatches&hellip;</p>
