									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before a room became available for a layout, which became Little Weldon. I started to create a minimum space 5&#8242; x 3&#8242; Hornby Dublo 3 rail layout. On this layout I first experimented with creating a scenic setting. It was on this that I discovered how effective sympathetically created scenery can actually enhance the appearance of the Dublo items. </p>
