									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello!  I currently model the St. Lawrence &amp; Atlantic, circa 1989, in N scale, but am already considering building a smaller, shelf layout. </p>
<p>My thoughts are to model the rail ferry terminal and a few of the nearby industries in Matane, Quebec.  To do this, I’d want to build as the signature piece at least a portion of the rail ferry Georges A.&hellip;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Take a look at what the soil of the area looks like.  Is there red clay? Sandy soil? Dark loam?  Are you thinking of modeling dry soil, just after a rain and there would be puddles?  My best recommendation is not to go too dark, as ultimately it will show through the ground cover in places. </p>
