I have a friend who is willing to sell me his Base-1L/Cab 1 for $350. I can buy a Cab 3 for $550 but that’s without a remote.

I have a couple Lion Chief Plus 2.0 engines and a legacy engine.

Any recommendations on which way to go? I would hate to get the Base 1 and then in a year or two get a Base 3 because I’ve outgrown the base 1.

I like the idea of the physical remote. A Cab 3 plus a Cab 1 remote would somewhere around $750 yikes.
