G’day from Down Under
Where to start on all these things? 😋
well, I am a train driver in Australia, having emigrated to Australia 15 years ago, so this does cause me some issues in the hobby, mainly being slower progress than I should hope for, and social media for me is the best way to stay connected to people within the hobby as I am in a very isolated outpost with not many railway modellers, and the nearest show to me is 400km away once a year. So it is a lonely hobby in that respect out here
I do produce videos on my YouTube channel “All Stations Stopper” where I demonstrate my modelling techniques in the layouts I’m building, along with weathering and detailing
i built my first model railway back in 1987 on the back of an old door, and have never been away from the hobby since

I have 3 🫢🫣 layouts on the go…Hither Green TMD in O gauge, which I really need to finish off
Parsley Sidings in OO, an inglenook with a twist, but that build needs a rethink, more to follow
and my main build at the moment is Walmington Riverside in TT:120 1980’s diesel, which incidentally is my main era
most of my videos are step by step tutorials, and they are all sorted into play lists to make it easier to find what you’re looking for.
so that is basically me, and my posts will basically be what I have been doing.
