Making trees for the Black Hills Railway Society's N scale layout!
In preparation for the Rocky Mountain Region’s NMRA convention in Rapid City, South Dakota this May, a lot of us in the area have been busy this winter with projects. One project of mine has been the rebuilding of our club’s N scale layout. The poor thing had fallen into disrepair and it had to be cut down from 4×24 feet to 4×16 feet to fit into its new home. While for the most part it has been a solo endeavor to rebuild this layout, Ryan Janis (BHRS club member) has been helping me build trees for the layout as it nears completion. We just put together a video showing our madness… I mean, our process. So here’s the video and photos:
