So, I decided to give 3D printing a try. I just printed this little cabin and put it on my layout in my office. I will take it home over Thanksgiving and weather it a little, but I really like how it turned out as an early attempt. The details are very good considering that I am using a FDM printer and it is in N scale. I can see…

I built this over the long weekend. It is 17×21 inches, using Kato Unitrack’s 150mm curves with a Bachmann Plymouth switcher and 40-foot boxcars. I used Woodland Scenics ground foam for the trees, bushes, and grass and fine ballast for the gravel road and parking area. The small building is a scratch built that I picked up at a train…

While you can run a train around the loop(s) and you can use the 150mm turnouts, they just don’t really offer as much as T-Trak in my opinion. There are some ways to do some operations with them that are “non-standard” at this time by putting “extra” tracks on them. But the time… Read more

New member here. I am an N Scale modeler. I currently have a few T-Trak modules put together as my layout. I am also playing with Hex-Trak. We are going to each build a Hex-Trak module and then display them…
