I also want to share a small but important update about the direction of Model Train Media.

Based on the feedback from the community, one thing became very clear:
clarity and focus matter more than extra features.

Several members mentioned that having both forums and groups could be confusing, especially since groups already cover discussion, sharing, and interaction in a more natural way.

Because of that, I’ve decided to remove the forum section and fully focus on:

• Groups (country-based and interest-based)

• The main feed for sharing layouts, updates, and inspiration

This keeps the platform:

• simpler to use

• easier to understand for new members

• more aligned with how people already interact today

Groups will remain the primary place for discussions, questions, and community interaction.

This decision is directly based on your feedback, and it helps keep Model Train Media focused on what matters most: sharing the hobby without friction or confusion.

Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts, it genuinely helps shape the platform.
