This is an older Bachman N scale 0-6-0 I purchased off eBay. I have added a headlight and taillight to the locomotive. I also converted it from rapido couplers to Microtrains.

Well done. I know these models can be somewhat fiddly.

@Shazz the locomotive was actually very easy. The hardest part was getting the resistor for the LED to fit someplace where it would be inconspicuous.
The tender was much harder though. The contacts were a pain to work with.-
@Pennsylvania_421 thats why I say theyre fiddly. the one i did years ago was one with a slope back tender. But those damn motors in them are crap i find. and the axles slip out of quarter too. well that is my experience

Yes, the motor isn’t anything special. I tried to upgrade it with the newer style can motor but that doesn’t fit in the frame unfortunately. So I’m stuck with the open frame that really doesn’t like slow speed.
