      • yep… digital photos helped out a lot… way back when, i went thru rolls and rolls of 35mm camera film, 24 or 36 pictures on a roll… or 110 camera cartridges. way easier today to try and try to get that one shot and just discard the 100 or more that are not it! 😀

        • It’s all a matter if timing, Sometimes back in the day a photographer would wait hours for the perfect shot. Most people nowadays don’t have the patience. And sometimes I don’t just take a lot of shots, and hope that one is great. Which gives digital an cost advantage over film.

        • If your in the US and an NMRA member you can submit your photos for judging and possibly win an award or two.

        • Being a member of the NMRA does have it’s perks. You have access archives as well discounts with vendors and many other things. And that is just a small part of what the NMRA offers.
