Back in late April, I had a go at making a rail load, for a Bogie Bolster, using scrap/damaged track.

Rails were cut to size before gluing some matchsticks on the railhead, then adding a second stack of rails.

Once dry, I painted the rails with some brown paint, then mixed up darker browns and applied them to the wet paint. Some tamyia tape was painted light blue and cut to thin strips and placed on the load.

A few weeks later I would make a second load for another bolster.
