Train Conductor
It isn’t often when one can get their pets involved in model railroading, but way back in 2021 that’s exactly what happened.
Here we see my favorite little dwarf hamster, Gardivour was her name. She use to love to crawl and run and explore the house after we moved in, usually within her hamster ball. However, once in a while I would let her roam on the beginning parts of the train layout.
She was very curious as you can see and loved exploring every nook she could find! And yet despite her size compared to the HO-scale models she ran amongst, not once did she damage anything. In fact, her little hands would often touch even locomotives like she was some sort of safety inspector!She passed away in 2022 and is buried in our back yard.
