My Royal Canadian Pacific consist is slowly beginning to grow!
With the arrival of the new Rapido 3/4 Dome-Lounge car yesterday my RCP train has a total of three cars ready for service.
In addition to the CP 3605 dome car, I’ve also got the former baggage/power car CP 95 (a custom build by myself) and Steam Generator car 96.
I’m still waiting for 3 more cars from Rapido to arrive later in the year. Two coaches (Dominion and Ernest “Smokey” Smith, V.C.) and a sleeping car (H.B. Bowen) which will push the consist up to six cars.I’m still working on a heavy weight sleeping car, the N.R. Crump, but that has been a stop and go project.
I’ve also got one of the 3 F-units (CP 4106) for the train awaiting DCC work. The 1401 and 1900 are ready to go as of right nowIn terms of other motive power, I’ve also got GP38-2 3084 and SD70ACU 7010. And, of course, the “Empress” herself, H1b Hudson 2816.
