My new Rapido Sd7 demonstrator has arrived. It’s certainly one of my favorite looking locomotives that I currently own.

Had this locomotive since the 1980’s. Broke the OEM railings back in the 2000’s. Got replacements off Ebay in 2024 and painted them. Still one of my favorite Erie Lackawanna locomotives!

Im modeling late summer/early fall west virginia around the 1940’s 50’s if that helps. Thanks in advance, ill hang up and listen now.

Hi, i’m Mike and i am in the process of setting up a small (5X12) HO layout. I am also in the process of selling all my N scale stuff. Either it got to be too small or i got to be too old. In any event i need something bigger to deal with. I’ll be doing the pre-Conrail era and mostly northeast roads such as PRR, CNJ & NYC.

I completely forgot to share on here – my entire layout is now on its legs! Ready to operate? Goodness no – there’s a lot of track repair that needs to be done before I get the wiring back on. But just to have it this far is an amazing feeling.
Ignore the chaos and clutter. It’s an active work zone.

Two new engines to fuel my european fanaticisms have arrived, and they’ve been named! 310.23 ‘Élise Claire’ & 16 005 ‘Universe’.
Élise Claire is hauling the Orient Express, which just fuels me with nostalgia for MS Train Simulator, Universe meanwhile will be hauling a new train service. (More later)

From screaming eagles to buzzsaw logos—Missouri Pacific left its mark on the rails.
This video is from the OKC Train Show last year on the Gulf Modular Railroad Society Layout and I can’t wait to see them again this year.
Whether it’s a weathered GP15, a gleaming Eagle consist, or a MoPac caboose bringing up the rear, these models keep the…
