Little Weldon
Today’s running session, I’ve gone for a bit of a change since the “Big Clean”. I have put all the Tinplate Stock away and are now running the “Super Detail” stock. These are all fitted with Nylon wheels and couplings so therefore can be run on two rail systems as well.

Litterally making memories
I’ve just doubled the scenery from 4 foot to 8 foot and am about to double it again. This time I’ll be adding a cutting though files inspired by the photos my dad took and adding a house that reminds me of my grandparents home

Capturing the Past
Ivatt 2MT No. 41243 used to pull the local service along the Midland line between Bristol and Bath, finally on my layout at my Bitton inspired station.

De-socket to DCC
Unfortunately testing seemed to indicate that the socket in this loco was faulty so I had to remove it and then hardwired a chip instead.

The big clean has now been finished, four loco’s to service, every thing else is fine. No pictures from todays efforts so in finest tradition here’s some I took earlier.
