New loco came about a week ago!
It’s no Big Boy, but certainly is big!
This was going for way less than what a Broadway LTD model would cost (lrobs even if it was spares), and this engine has not only 1 or 2 parts missing, but is also infected with Mazak-rot or Zinc-rot.
The loco itself seems to be ok, nothing major that I can see right now,…

I completed this HO Midwest Products wooden billboard kit that I purchased at a model train show from a second hand table.

Two more sections are up. They’re not connected yet, and I’m not redoing the wiring until I get all sections connected. But it’s satisfying to see it starting to come together and put a couple of cars on. Chief Engineer Lane Tyson-Rales sure has his work cut out for him.

Not a whole lot going on modeling wise over the last couple weeks. Hoping to change that in the next few weeks. Projects on the workbench and the urge to run some trains has the basement calling my name!
