@Thaisen It was not directly in times Sq. but a little out of the way there was not a lot of foot traffic in the area as actually in times sq. But it was close enough to be impacted by the high rents of times sq. it was just unsustainable where it was located. they did try their best the new location made them promises they were unable to fill and they were in limbo at that location when I took the pictures. so I am able to share the with all of you.
