I’d love to take the Amtrak to Glacier park sometime. I’d imagine that would be a beautiful trip.

@Pennsylvania_421 I’ve done the Empire Builder about a year and a half ago but I rode it from Seattle to Chicago and don’t stop in Glacier. Looked beautiful out the train window.

How long is the journey? I’d like to take one out west eventually. Have fun!

@US_Z_Scale I took two weeks off to chase snow. I live in Florida so I took the train from Tampa to NYC then been hopping cities up north.
The western trains are great. I’ve done the Zephyr and Empire Builder.

@KingBradentucky what an awesome experience! I’d love to ride the Empire Builder someday. I drove across South Dakota on I-90 one year, but I’d love to really be able to observe the north central part of our country from a train. I wish Amtrak went through South Dakota, but I’d be happy with the other states.
