RE: Wisconsin Central SD40-2

Hi all. Just signed up. I model in n scale so I joined this group first off. I’ve been trying of late to track down a sample of the SD40-2 Wisconsin Central loco that was released in 2025 by Intermountain. Preorder supposedly expired 5/30. Dealers cannot tell me anything more than that. I’ll keep looking.

  I just checked Midwest Model Railroad in Liberty, MO. ETA is mid 2026 for this model. They generally order more than what they have pre-orders for if it looks like it’ll be a good seller. I’d keep my eyes open during Q2 and Q3 2026 for them.
