@casey-jones It is called a “Snow Dozer”. The Great Northern Railway (and subsequent Burlington Northern) -> that absorbed several pacific northwest (USA) railroads. Eventually turning into the BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa Fe). It is a more modern version of a snowplow. It was built by the Great Northern Shops in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The model is a brass model from Overal Models done back in the 1980s.
