• Unoki Renovation 2: Part 2

After matte black spray was applied to the sky layer, it was time to shape some templates.

The mountains shape was transferred roughly to card. This was to allow a light spraying of red oxide primer to follow the mountains shape. The sun followed in matte white, a round cutout to make the shape. An old piece of wood allowed some lightly lined sprays of red oxide out of the sun, the light breaking through on a new day. Re-applications of matte black disguised some overspray and drips.

The mountains were placed and some red oxide lines were applied there as well.

See part 3 tomorrow for the results all together.
