The final building for the layout arrived today, a small Armco shed by Deluxe Trains. This will be used as a crew area/equipment storage by the yard.

Did a little painting this morning. The hillside behind the bridge is going to be mostly covered with fallen rock, but I still wanted some color underneath so I diluted the paint a bit with water.

Worked on the canyon area of the layout. Sculptamold and smoothing it down, took about 90 minutes. Still have a few more rock castings to make to fill out the back section (even though it's barely visible, just want it to feel complete) and then onto the next part.

First figures and autos added. These are by Noch. Plan on adding more of course, modern N scale cars are difficult to find. Locomotive in the background is an Athearn Challenger.
