CNJ Geep
Just finished painting this old athearn blue box geep as a CNJ GP7. I still have a couple chains to add, but it’s pretty much there. This is a paint scheme I’ve been wanting to get my hands on, and luckily I had decals from another project.

0-4-0 Rebuild
I got this mantua 0-4-0 for $10 and it had some motor brush issues. I decided to use the 0-4-0 dockside repower kit from NWSL to rebuild it and it turned out well. Just finished adding new handrails and horns to an old Athearn GP-9. Did a little detail painting and added numbers to the numberboards while I was at it. This model was originally just a shell, but now rides on a hobbytown drive.

The next project finished! I detailed an Athearn bluebox bluebonnet F7. It’s not exactly prototypical since the prototype has black trucks and fuel tank, but she will do.
A gloss coat seemed fitting since I’ll be running passenger cars behind it from time to time.

ConCor Passenger Cars
I got a new ConCor passenger car! Unfortunately, there’s some grab iron damage to fix and the wheels need a good cleaning. The detail is quite nice, though! Lots of separately fitted parts and the paint work is great. Anyone else have a recent experience with ConCor?
