									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, i purchased on Ebay an old SD45 HO scale locomotive. It runs well except the lights don&#8217;t work. They blink on and go off when the locomotive moves. I use a MRC Tech 6 power pack. </p>
<p>I took the shell off to check the light board and I discovered it has a Digitrax Dn135 decoder. Didn&#8217;t know that when i bought it! Quite a surprise. </p>

If you have a computer, Anyrail is a free (up to 50 pieces) program to help you plan things out. When i have an idea i usually go paper first, then use Anyrail to see if it works. If not, on Anyrail i make the adjustments. Hope this helps! </p>

<p>I think it would be cool to build an Z Scale layout/diorama for an RDC car to drive around in the country side. </p>
