Hello everyone. my interest in model trains dates back many years. My main love (was) is building whitemetal/ brass loco kits and many scratch built models from drawings. My current layout in the loft is around 25 years old but has recently recieved a revamping here and there. A layout is really never finished.

I grew up when steam trains were beginning to disappear in the sixties, but steam still remains my main focus although I still have a soft spot for the mighty Deltics (the nearest thing to a steam loco on startup).

Well thats me in a nutshell and I hope to meet anyone who shares a similar interest to me.
