Chipping older Hornby Castle Class
If you have a one with a ringfield motor and want to chip it without loosing the massive weight, there is a small weight just in the firebox that can be removed and it’s just big enough (with some rewiring) to fit a small 4 Pin decoder.

Prior to the Second World War Meccano Ltd released Hornby Dublo Points with the same Tin printed base as the standard track panels. When production re started after the War the Points were only available with a plain grey base.
