									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Update: I located the Walthers Instructions / Quick Start page and used my Digitrax Zephyr to read and re-program several CV&#8217;s that were not set to factory default in a few areas which Walthers did not have properly set from the factory, and now I have the locomotive running much smoother; I successfully reduced the locomotive&#8217;s deceleration&hellip;</p>

I understand ESU Loksound offers savvy operators to tweak and fine-tune, which is great. I have a few BLI locomotives with Paragon 4, they sound pretty good.<br />
