Hello, my name is Steve and I like to model the 1970s in HO Scale. My favorite railroads of the 70s are Erie Lackawanna,  Reading, and Conrail.  I like also the Jersey Central.

My small layout is an embellished (I have added to the layout over the years), 4×6 layout I received as a Christmas gift in 1980 from my Dad and Uncle.  It has gone through several remodels. It is under it’s 5th remodel now.

Currently, my layout is a fictional town in North Western NJ called West Ramapo. As with everyone’s layout, it is a work in progress.

It depicts mostly the 70s under Conrail, but I love running Erie Lackawanna and Reading in their original paint schemes.

My favorite parts of the hobby are creating scenery and railfaning.
