Mocked up a little scene to run trains through, I think it turned out nice! I’m mostly just waiting, holding on to my money, for a train show in a couple weeks. Though, I did buy a modern plastic pellet hopper recently (car #1).

Still for sale!
Down to just the wellcars, they’re on the third time being listed. Search eBay for “HO Scale Walthers Intermodal Wellcars DTTX w/Containers” and it should pop up.
In other news, I’ve been putting LEDs in trains. I think it’s pretty neat, aside from the light bleed, any suggestions to fix that?

0603 LEDs
Bought some LEDs to slap into some locomotives. I’m currently 3D printing some ditch light housings to hopefully paint and assemble later today. I can finally have full modern lighting features!

Track and Cars
I got some switches in the mail today! Gaining traction on track laying for my layout! (Picture 2)
In a similar vein, I have some cars for sale (picture 1) for anyone interested. They just don’t fit my era and layout.

Airbrushing Cars
I weathered some more cars today, bringing the total of unweathered cars to zero! I am quite enjoying my new airbrush. 🙂

Airbrush
Got an airbrush as a Christmas gift, having fun weathering locomotives I was too scared to do earlier with my paints and powders.

New to N Scale
I won some N scale stuff today! This is my first dip into N, and wow! Layout, rolling stock, everything! The Kato locomotives have more lighting features than my HO locomotives! Really neat stuff!

Layout Monday
Here’s my layout at the moment. I plan on using Atlas Code 83 flex track for my layout, but that doesn’t stop me from using the Bachmann EZ Track that I already have to test things! I put together this track to test an operations spreadsheet that I whipped up. So far things are promising.
