Roads... how do I do them right?
Hey, guys.
Me and my grandfather were discussing roads for his layout. He’s part of the 33%ers, so he doesn’t really want anything too advanced. We were thinking cardboard glued down to the foam and then painted gray with weathering. We also wanted to add a sidewalk to cover up the ugly “waffling” inside the cardboard. (HO and O scale)

Vacation time
Been enjoying a few days off. Obviously cant go without visiting the Märklineum (the museum of german manufacturer Märklin) since i was somewhat close. Its quite fascinating to check out, if you really are into the hobby.
