I have a pair of Athearn ones from my N&amp;W SD45, but they aren&#8217;t long enough to cover the entire window. Is there any part that might fit better?</p>

It&#8217;s an Athearn Ready to Roll model. Runs pretty good, and it&#8217;s slow speed is amazing. It&#8217;s been weathered and patched by someone (It was being sold by a friend) I also picked up 2 RTR SD50s in B&amp;O Chessie, which both&hellip;</p>

<p>Me and my grandfather were discussing roads for his layout. He&#8217;s part of the 33%ers, so he doesn&#8217;t really want anything too advanced. We were thinking cardboard glued down to the foam and then painted gray with weathering. We also wanted to add a sidewalk to cover up the ugly &#8220;waffling&#8221; inside the cardboard. (HO and O scale)</p>

<p>For the nose, I was thinking if it&#8217;s 8 studs wide then it can be done with 1&#215;3 slopes mounted sideways on brackets/snot bricks,  but then you have to deal with the studs showing. </p>
<p>Not sure how i&#8217;d do the front window piece. Here&#8217;s one idea: In set 60134, there is a window&hellip;</p>
