This is a few photos of my HO scale portable American layout that I display at shows around New Zealand. My wife helped with the building of the layout and we have won some awards for it.

Hi everyone! Any other New England modelers? I grew up with Guilford and then Pan Am, and picked up some models over the years after moving away from Massachusetts. It was a great way to remind me of home while in the midwest.

I just thought I’d share some pictures of a couple of my Locos. All have been weathered and in the case of NYAR 261, full details added. All are fitted with DCC sound (Soundtraxx) and keep alives.

Knocked out some old projects over the extended Labor Day weekend. Three new cabooses now on the layout, two locomotives getting striping and lettering for my Kanawha, Youngstown & Northern and some SPST switches wired in for powering the staging tracks at Wheeling.

Hello, all! Welcome to the Rockton Valley Railroad, a rag-tag short line who built a small engine and rolling stock service facility, to stay relevant in today’s fast-paced world of rail! I’ve been in the hobby for several decades. I’m building a layout loosely based on the UP line between Cheyenne and Denver centered on Greeley, CO. I call the layout, Greeley Junction.
